Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
When she was initially inspired from the shadows that she saw on the grass of trees and the shadows she saw on the trees, she set out to create a method that does not portray an object as a two-dimensional image. In this way, the chosen subject transforms into an image. This happens especially when using living items or objects that die, such as fruit or even humans. The transient nature of her painting style is evident and what survives of Alexa Meade's work is the photographic image. Techniques of photography and painting are closely coordinated and result in a two-dimensional, flat area that is trompe l'oeil. Certain elements of the picture like hair and eyes, show the three-dimensional dimension. Meade is also able to integrate her painted models within the 3D space that surrounds the models. The interaction between them and the created environment can be achieved. The boundaries between performance, photography, installation and painting are thus dissolved.
